In 2012, Oman Data Park was established to support the digital transformation of the Sultanate of Oman. What a journey it has turned out to be! We started with offering services including data center, co-location and managed services. We moved on to provide cloud services, cyber security services and later ventured into AI based services. In the process, we have achieved a number of firsts by introducing services – including the virtual data center, hosting Microsoft Azure services, Artificial Intelligence based computing, hosting Oracle Computing technologies and a specialized cyber security center – all for the first time in Oman.
